Cairo, Egypt, December 26, 2018 – Leading OTT service Viutoday announced the production of Egyptian Drama Original, Ana Sherry Dot Com.Ana Sherry Dot Com is the story of a young Egyptian woman who is striving for independence and eventually rises from the ashes of failure as she embarks on an unusual online business opportunity.

Viu’s approach to creating Originals has always been to work with local talent to tell local stories with international-quality production for a global audience. For this latest production, Viu has partnered with top regional talent including screenwriters, Mohamed Fawzy and Mostafa Zayed, to finalize the script for the show and director RamyRizkallah. Additionally, Sarah Al Shami will play the lead role of Sherry alongside Emad Rashad in the role of Alkadi, Sherry’s father.
